Acquisition and development activities include 3,700,000 sf of office and industrial properties and involved in the acquisition, development and management of 4,500 acres of mixed-use master planned communities containing office, industrial, hotel, retail, multifamily and residential land uses.

Brent Hodges

Brent started his real estate career in the late 1990’s after graduating from Emory University.

Since that time, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, financing and management of over $1 billion worth of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties.

His current focus is on the development, acquisition, and asset management of office and industrial properties throughout Texas.
